TECHNICAL QUALITIES
The WOODCAB offers comfort worthy of a new home thanks to its technical and structural qualities. The composition of the envelope follows the principle of the wooden frame and consists of the following elements (from the inside out):
2 layers of wooden panels: one perforated for acoustics and furniture fixings, the other solid for vapor barrier. Between the two, a void for electrical wiring
Insulation: 8cm of wood fiber (U=0.4 W/m2K) on the facades and 10cm on the floor and roof.
Breathable rain cover
The vertical wooden finish cladding
20 mm double-glazed windows (U=1.2 W/m2K)
occasional foundations on cement slabs or on foundation screws when the slope or the nature of the ground requires it
The EPDM roof with a gentle slope and water rejection, optional expensive vegetation recommended
Photovoltaic solar installation (optional)
